Britney Spears Opens Up About ‘Self Esteem Problems’ & Shows Fans Her Fix!

In need of a new life coach and fitness trainer all in one? Britney Spears has your back — and she’s showing you how to arch it, too!

The superstar returned to Instagram on Tuesday with new self-improvement inspo by opening up about some of her own insecurities and how they affect her body.

In her latest post, the 37-year-old revealed she struggles with “self esteem problems” that cause her to “slouch.” So, she performs specific poses to improve her posture — and her mood!

Alongside a video of her workout, she wrote:

“Body language is everything! The way you speak to yourself and carry yourself can effect your mood …. I have self esteem problems so I slouch … These poses help me everyday become stronger and it’s quite fun doing them… I feel so different everytime I do it, cause I’m not used to the feeling of my back being out !!!!”

And you can do them, too — all you need is a hunky personal trainer!

In the clip, Brit tells her fans how she’s working with her gym coach to put the arch in her back (we guess her boyfriend Sam Asghari couldn’t help her with that?), sharing:

“By hanging upside down it opens my back and it enables me to breathe better and to open up. And to feel better. So here I go.”

The video then shows the Toxic singer balancing herself on her coach as he lies on the ground with his hands holding up her upper body and his feet supporting her glutes while she does different moves with her legs. 

A photo is also included in the post, showing Brit’s trainer balancing her whole body on his feet while she does a Dirty Dancing-esque swan pose. Ch-ch-check out the impressive routine (below)!

She’s having the time of her life giving her followers pro tips on social media!

Back in August, the Grammy winner dropped sage wisdom on steering clear of negativity, writing in a post:

“Living in LA is such a trip !!! It can be lonely at times. You never know who to trust, and some people can be fake. I have a very small circle of friends, and simply do what makes me happy!!!… It breaks my heart to see the comments on my posts sometimes …. So I simply choose not to look anymore … let the clever haters do what they do best …. Hate!!!”
